Return & Refund Policy

At Beauty Earth Essence, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received.
  • In its original packaging.
  • With tags (if applicable).
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

To start a return, please contact us at beautyearthessence@gmail.com with your order number. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants, etc.)
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Opened beauty, personal care, or hygiene products that are sealed for health protection.
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Gift cards.

Sale items may not be eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

The quickest way to receive another item is to return your current item (if eligible). Once your return has been approved, you may place a new order for the replacement product.


EU Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, email beautyearthessence@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires and include your order number.

After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days.

Unless the goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once your withdrawal request and returned goods (where applicable) have been received, we will refund:

  • The full purchase price.
  • The standard delivery charges paid at checkout (if applicable).

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase within 14 days, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Opened sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons.
  • Custom or personalized products.
  • Other products excluded under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

This statutory right is provided in addition to our standard 30-day return policy.


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

For returns processed under our standard return policy (outside the EU statutory right of withdrawal), a $4.99 processing fee may be deducted where permitted by applicable law.

No processing or service fee will be deducted from refunds issued under the EU statutory right of withdrawal.

Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process your refund after it has been issued.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at beautyearthessence@gmail.com.


Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped by contacting us at beautyearthessence@gmail.com.

For customers located outside the European Union, cancellations made before order processing may be subject to a $7.99 cancellation/service fee, where permitted by applicable law.

For customers located in the European Union, your statutory right of withdrawal applies. No cancellation fee will be charged where cancellation or withdrawal is exercised under applicable EU consumer protection laws.

If your order has already been shipped, you may return the item after delivery in accordance with this Return & Refund Policy.
